Pennies for Change
In 2016, ASI launched the Pennies for Change program to give employees a simple way to support charitable organizations locally and nationally.
Employees may contribute a set amount or choose their own per-paycheck donation. At the end of each year, ASI donates the full amount raised and matches the first $5,000 contributed.
Each year, ASI selects three charitable organizations to support. Employees are invited to nominate causes important to them, and final selections are determined through a company-wide vote.
Since the program’s launch, participation and total contributions have steadily increased.
